This beautiful Canadian couple decided to drive all the way down to Vegas to get married.  Why not?  Isn’t that what you do when you’re young and madly in love?! ;)  So they’re closest friends and family decided to come down also, but by plane instead.  When my wife and I met up with all of them at the Flamingo Hotel, immediately we felt like part of the family.  They were so much fun and laid back, it felt like we were taking pictures of old friends!  They even offered us free tickets for the show KA at the MGM Grand, which we couldn’t turn down of course. ;)  So we all ended up watching the show later that evening!  We couldn’t ask for a better family to spend the day with.  Congrats again and much love to you guys!

Whenever I ask my couples where they would like to do their e-session they usually say Lake Las Vegas, or at one of our beautiful parks.  Some couples also like to do it downtown on Fremont Street.  Lauren and Sam, they wanted to do it in their friends backyard.  Not very often do I hear that, but not very often do I also get to see a lush floral garden in Las Vegas.  This yard was truly amazing.  All that was missing was a koi pond.  I jokingly mentioned to them that they should just get married here.  No seriously. ;)

What can I say about this couple?  Beautiful.  Kind.  Genuine.  Madly in Love.  We had such a fun time shooting at an old mining town called Eldorado Canyon in Nelson, NV.  We talked a lot, laughed most of the time, and somewhere in between we also captured some great moments.  I can’t wait to photograph their wedding day. :)
